The main goals of the BLUG-UBLG are to:

• represent all student geologists and professional geologists of Belgium and Luxembourg;
• represent the geologists towards local, federal and international authorities;
• promote the profession;
• assist geologists with their professional development;
• obtain the label of 'European geologist' with the European Federation of Geologists in order to facilitate geologists working abroad.

We hope that this website will become a useful tool for us, geologists active in different disciplines. This is only possible if everyone contributes with its development.
